The  factory is exceptionally cunning and greedy.They demand 100% prepayment immidiately, unlike other factories that accept 30/70 terms. This is because if any products produced with defects, you will never get it fixed or get a refund. If defective products are reported to Customer servce for a refund, the factory would deny any wrongdoing. After months of wasted time and energy, a partial refund might be issued, but most likely no refund at all. The worst part, if multiple products are orderdered with this factory or consolidated from other factories for single pick up, that's where a serious trouble begins.The factory blackmails you, holding both your products and payment for months, until all defective items are accepted, or else no products can be released for a pick up. If it wasn't for our lawyer, we would never see either our products, fully paid for, or a refund. Keep safe and avoid getting into the trap.Choose to work with other factories, there a many good ones out there!!

When we asked them to fix the arches and smooth out the corners on the console, they refused, saying they had no time. When we requested a discount or refund, they blackmailed us—forcing acceptance of the defective item or withholding 15 fully paid chairs and lamps from other factories. Realizing we were dealing with mafia-like tactics, we accepted the faulty product and left an honest Alibaba review. Then blackmail continued, demanding review removal. They denied pick-up of our orders five times to our shipper, held products for over two months, and caused us business disruptions, distress, and legal costs.
