past its delivery time window and no responses from the supplier. have tried to contact multiple times. not sure what has happened with the chairs. very disappointed with overall customer service, which at times has been non-existent.

You ordered 3 bar stools, but gave us a bad review. I want to explain it.
1. The goods delivery it in time. Not past its delivery time. Please check it again. We haven't delay any time for the production.
2. During the Chinese National Day holiday, you contacted us regarding the delivery time of the door-to-door logistics, but we were unable to respond to you in time. Becuase we also want to check with the agent. You say our disappointed.
3. You received the goods the next day after you gave this review. Then say our non-existent.
So I think it's unreasonable for you to give this bad review.
